Great stay again, I assume our 25th stay during the last 15 years. A lovely tradition always to visite you twice a year in combination with our vacations. Relaxed atmosphere in a professional and personal way. Always friendly and welcoming staff. Great menu and wine card. Looking forward to our next visite.
Cozy, clean hotel in the middle of Metzingen, two minutes walk to the outlet stores. Helpful and smiling receptionists. Good restaurant and proper drinks in the bar.

Clean and comfortable establishment. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Polite and caring staff, at the service of the customer. Just think about revisiting the restaurant menu.

A beautiful hotel with modern and comfortable rooms in a quiet area, perfectly located close to the outlet district of Reiderich. The staff and team provided a very warm and friendly welcome with outstanding customer service. Having stayed for only one night for business, the breakfast provided was very comprehensive and the catering staff were very amiable and helpful. This is our Swabian hotel of choice when visiting our customers from our offices in London. We very much look forward to returning in February for further meetings. Wishing all the front of house and behind the scenes staff members, a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous new year. Frohe Weihnachten!
I have stayed at the hotel for 18 nights and everyone working was very helpful, welcoming and helpful and made my stay a very memorable.
The room was always clean, the breakfast always full of varieties and I could not ask for anything else as it was very nice experience.

We have been guests at Schwanen for really many years and always enjoyed. The staff at the hotel whether reception, bar, restaurant etc. is alway very helpfull and accomodating. We like the ambiente at Schwanen and often we say, this time we will go dining also somewhere else, but then anyway we mostly decide only do dine at the restaurant or in the garten.
Perfect balance of comfort, location, facilities and people. Personal and charming.
Very friendly staff. Special mention of the lady at the breakfast room, whom I have been seeing for the last 30 years. Same spirit, same enthuthiasm, same welcoming 0ver 30 years.

What else could you ask for?
We love your hotel and been visiting 1-2 times per year since about 10 years. Lovely breakfast and perfect for dinner. The reason for not full score this time was that we first got a bad room. After complaining we got a much better room. Just pity that we didnt get that from beginning and then we was missing things like toiletpaper and so on.
