    ( High school graduates: with additional qualifications in kitchen and service management)
  • BA degree in hotel and catering management

You are welcome to apply to us all year round. Training starts on March 1st or September 1st of each year!

Training salary:

  • 1. Year 900.00 €
  • 2. Year 1050.00 €
  • 3. Year 1150.00 €

Over 10 years ago, life took me to the beautiful Ermstal, to the OUTLETCITY Metzingen. After a short search, it was clear that I wanted to work in the hotel on the square, the Hotel Restaurant Schwanen. The company, now in its third generation, was immediately convincing. The modern-rustic furnishings, the 4-star flair with appropriately upscale cuisine, international guests and the friendly owners and colleagues left no doubt. Fortunately, I was also able to convince them and have been working for the Wetzel family for over 10 years now.
In all these years, there has been constant investment, expansion, optical adjustment to the times, we employees have been and are being trained, everything has been and is kept “up to date”.

I hope you can read my satisfaction between the lines - if not, I'll say it in Swabian - I'm crazy zfrieda 🙂

I am very grateful that I can combine family and career here. Which is certainly not a given everywhere. What do I particularly like about Schwanen? The family environment and constant change. We renovate, expand, don't stand still, have the latest technology and are always up to date. I am constantly being challenged. With my great team at your side, it's twice as much fun.

One that challenges me anew every day, one that I learn something new from every day and one that has never been boring for a moment. On the one hand, it's the work, it's the colleagues - in the kitchen, in service, in housekeeping, at the reception - hotel and catering employees are a special breed of people 😊 and it's the guests who come from everywhere , which make this job incredibly interesting.
