More than 10 years ago, life brought me to the beautiful Ermstal valley, to OUTLETCITY Metzingen. After a short search, it was clear: I wanted to work at the hotel in the best spot in town, Hotel Restaurant Schwanen. This family-run business, now in its third generation, won me over right away. The modern rustic style, the four-star feel with its elevated cuisine, international guests, and the lovely owners and colleagues left no doubt.
