The hotel is fantastic. The service is excellent and the location for shopping is perfect. The restaurant is delicious. Everything is more than I expected.
The service both hotel and restaurants are really good. The stuff is kind and always ready to fulfil your wishes. I just had the bad experience with housekeeping. Even I hang on the "do not disturb" card, I've found a cleaning tissue in my room, which means there was someone in my room, and when I ask, they say we just wanted to change your pillowcases, this was the only detail which seems to be unprofessional to me. Thank you for the great hosting 🙂

Always looking so much forward staying in the hotel. Each stay is with great pleasure. Friendly staff and very high level of service. All public areas are cozy. Breakfast is great, lots to choose from and always fresh made. Always enjoying our dinner meals in the restaurant and / or Mezzo bar. Many dishes to choose between and again every meal is prepared and served with love.

아울렛내에 근접해 있어서 위치가 너무 좋았고. 주차장도 옆에 있어요. 방은 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 함께 운영하는 레스토랑의 음식도 맛있습니다. 다음에 또 메칭겐에 쇼핑오면 여기서 숙발할예정입니다. 강력추천합니다

Friendly staff and you can feel that their aim is that the customer is having a good experience. Nice room and clean. Wonderfull terrace with good meal. Breakfast buffet is also great.
Located few meters away from shopping area.
The room maybe small but it is very clean and practical. Hotel location is great as it is walking distance to the shopping outlet, restaurants and cafes. Service is friendly. Outside free Parking space is limited but they allowed us to use the underground garage (10 euro fee) which is a better option as it feels more secured. Overall we would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel
Stayin was great and its good idea put ornage at the room when arriving. Will be great if you can add also some cookies. Then all is igreta!!

everything perfect excepted the hot temperature in my bedroom (hopefully there was a fan inside). Food 100% perfect and team workers very professional, friendly and services oriented
