How we protect you

Dear guests,

it is very important to us to make your stay with us as pleasant and as safe as possible. For this purpose we have developed our own protection concept for you and our staff. This is constantly adapted to the official regulations.

If you are unable to travel because you are sick with the Corona virus yourself or are quarantined at home, the cancellation costs for a trip are usually reimbursed by travel cancellation insurance.

If you need to cancel your stay with us, we will find an individual solution that is agreeable to both parties.

Likewise, if you experience any of the above symptoms within 36 hours of departure, please inform us.

We understand that you are confused and have questions about your stay with us due to the daily changing information. We are monitoring the situation closely. We are here for you and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have at any time.

Measures in our Hotel

Comprehensive basic cleaning and sanitizing are standard at the Schwanen.
Increased disinfection of all contact surfaces, among other things, with micro steam cleaning from Medeco Cleantec (Green Cleaning Concept - 100% ecological, 100% chemical-free) up to 185 degrees.
To ensure the minimum distance of 1.5 meters, this is themed at all necessary points in the house. For this purpose, the restaurant furniture has also been adapted.
There is a limitation on the number of people adapted to the premises. Plexiglas panes have been placed on some tables for your additional protection.
The possibility of hand disinfection is ensured in all public areas.
Implementation of a contactless booking route: 1. digital registration slip 2. door opening with smartphone 3. check-in/out with your own terminal 4. optimization of the digital infrastructure.

Your booked room has been cleaned and disinfected according to strict requirements and approved by our housekeeping team. Exactly this means that it was cleaned allergy-friendly with a HYLA air and room cleaning system. The mattresses have been made virtually mite free and the air is dust reduced with the HYLA. This product is recommended by many associations and also doctors.
All employees wear protective masks both in front of and behind the scenes.
Our chambermaids wear disposable gloves, which are used once per room.
All employees are trained in their field of activity and are informed about changes on a daily basis.
